Schools can connect their own WhatsApp number through the supported connection flow. Fee reminders, receipts and report cards can then reach parents through the school’s configured WhatsApp channel.
Private parent–teacher messaging gives families a place to ask questions and stay connected to the child’s teachers. Parents can also follow homework, attendance, timetable, results and fees in their portal.
WhatsApp notifications require Pro or above, a supported connection and the necessary approved templates. Parent portal and parent–teacher messaging features are available on Basic and above.
