Authorised staff can now remove fee structures and individual fee items the school no longer charges. This keeps the next billing cycle’s setup clear without changing invoices already raised.
Subscription upgrades now preserve the existing renewal date: the upgrade takes effect for the remainder of the current billing period. Payment processing also avoids applying the same successful checkout twice.
Fee management is available on Basic and above. Existing issued invoices keep their original records.
