Automatic term billing uses the school’s academic calendar to raise invoices when a term starts. Fee reminders help parents follow an outstanding balance and open a payment link.
Parents can use the link to pay by Mobile Money without first signing in to a portal. Schools keep the invoice, collection and balance records together. WhatsApp delivery is available where the relevant plan and connection are in place.
Automatic billing and email reminders are available on Basic and above. WhatsApp notifications require Pro or above and WhatsApp setup.
