Move the school year forward with less admin
Use the academic calendar to move terms forward and promote classes through the basic-school stages when the year ends.
What this brings to your school
- Progression connected to the academic calendar
- Class promotions from Crèche through JHS 3
- Less repeated year-end administration
Automatic promotions connect progression to the academic calendar. When the configured school year ends, classes can progress from Crèche through JHS 3, with the final basic-school class graduating.
This reduces repeated end-of-year administration and keeps the next term’s class organisation connected to the calendar. Schools should check their dates and promotion setup as part of year-end preparation.
The academic calendar and automatic promotions are included in the core school tools.
