Wan Schools never sends app files (.apk) by WhatsApp, SMS or email. If you get one that claims to be from us, delete it. The real apps only come from wanschools.com.
Questions
- Do I need the Play Store or the App Store?
- No. The apps install straight from our website and behave like any other app: an icon on your home screen, opening full screen.
- How do I sign in?
- With the details your school gave you. Parents, students and teachers also enter the School Code from the school's welcome message.
- Does it cost anything?
- The apps are free to install. What you see inside depends on what your school has switched on.
- The Install button doesn't show up.
- The app may already be on your phone, so check your home screen. Otherwise open the page in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone): apps can't be installed from the browser inside Facebook, Instagram or other apps.
- Can I use it on a computer?
- Yes. Sign in on the website in any browser. In Chrome or Edge you can also install it for a desktop icon.
